...I think the building is amazing. I lived on the south side and faced the quiet houses. Close convenience to subway and Islington / Bloor but completely uninterrupted by the trains and cars on the north end. In regards to Etobicoke living, I don’t think a better location exists...

...Westwood Condominium Review Pros: Great location to Islington Subway station (5 minute walk), Close to downtown, Clean dog & children's park steps away, New modern designed units and common areas, Quite building, 24hr Exercise room, Guest suite, Party room & Lockers on unit floor, Green Parking lot steps away, Steps away from a quiet family neighborhood Cons: Roaring trains throughout the day and night causing broken sleep, Exercise room is small and a bit too under-equipped , Poor Air quality being near to subway/bus station and major intersection (Bloor & Islington), Unresponsive & uncommunicative Property Management, Poor parking design for residents and visitors (not enough available parking), Garbage chute often out-of-service (very small, no space to leave garbage when the chute is out-of-service) Conclusion: If you value being close to downtown, easy access to public transportation, new modern unit, and common area designs, you may enjoy living here. If you value responsive building management, not being woken up out of your sleep from the sounds of speeding trains, clean air quality, easy and available residence, and visitor parking, look elsewhere.
