Pro: - Low Rise condo - only about 10/ 12 storeys = never have to wait long for elevator, no in-your-face-neighbours, no noise issue, feels more homey compared to tall highrise condos around the area, access in and out of the building is a lot faster compared to if you live on the 28th floor in some other condo. - Nice park next door - great for kids and pet owners - Enclosed neighbourhood of Harrison Garden = nice residential feel - nothing like living with yonge st right outside your window. - Easy Access to 401 = 15 min to airport, 10 min to DVP/404 and 7 min to Sheppard Subway Stn = great if you use both your car but also have to ttc from time to time, great compromise b/w access to downtown and to the suburb - has Jacuzzi and Sauna - all inclusive maintenance fee - 24/7 concierge - side door access on 51 that is useful to shorten the time walking outside during winter time -relatively close to all sorts of restaurants just north of yonge and sheppard - cineplex 1 subway stn away -Bayview village 1 subway stn away -Rabba across the st Con: - Only 2 in and out access from Harrison Garden - one on YOnge and one on Sheppard --> congestion galore during rush hour. - tiny pool that you can only use for dipping - building has a slightly old - gym room is small
