Park Plaza Condominiums, Toronto Condo Reviews 

This building does not keep up with its maintenance and the board of condo owners here are a complete joke and should not be allowed to make decisions when it comes to basic maintenance of the building. Board members are extremely rude. They hide behind the condo manager who takes all the heat for everything when in reality it is the board members who will not approve anything. Other condo owners are not pleasant and are extremely nosy. Don't waste your money here. In the 4th month of living here, our whole condo flooded with SEWAGE water and they are cutting so many corners when it comes to repairs. I will be looking at taking them to court because without going into full detail, I am displaced with my kids and husband at a hotel for Christmas in the middle of a pandemic and the condo doesn't even care.

I purchased 2 years ago. Building is quiet, very clean and well maintained. Good amenities.

Gym users constantly drop weights on the gym floor which reverberates through the building. The Board and Property Manager are ambivalent and absent on this ongoing issue.
