...Have lived here for ~8 months in a 1+1, on a lower floor facing inward towards the pool area. To summarise: great location, but poor design and construction quality: little to no sound damping between units. From inside my unit, I can hear my upstairs neighbor take a leak, flush their toilet, close their doors and move their furniture around. I can also hear my neighbor across the hall's iphone alarm going inside their unit, and then there is the joy of listening to the couple who live down the other end of the hall (~40m away) who like to occasionally shout at each other. When my upstairs neighbor exercises in their unit, my dining table shakes along to the beat. The inner pool area is nice but really noisy. It serves as an echo chamber for anything going on in the building service area, located directly underneath the pool. If you live on a lower floor and face the pool, be prepared to be serenaded between 5:30 am and 7:30 am several mornings a week by very loud banging and crashing as the bins are being emptied for the building and also the pub on the corner. Living downtown is great and you should always expect a bit of noise, but this building is the worst I've lived in for noise that is not the fault of the residents. If you're considering living here, I'd suggest choosing a higher floor or face onto the Adelaide Place courtyard...

...This building is fantastic. Location: Phenomenal. I grew up in the city and have lived in the Junction, High park, Brockton Village, Yorkville ,The St.Lawrence and Now in King West and this is by far my the best. Amazing world class restaurants, boutique clothing and furniture stores, Loblaws, shoppers, RBC, off leash dog parks, dry cleaning, Goodlife and so much more within a 5 minute walk from the condo. 10-15 minute walk to kensington market, China Town, Entertainment/financial district, and Trinity Bellwoods park. Public Transportation: One Streetcar away to Bathurst station, 3 minute walk to either the Queen or King Street Cars. Layouts: The units in this building are very well laid out for the most part. (there are a few questionable floor plans). We are tenants living in a 1 Bedroom + Den 2 Bathroom and we love our space. (basically a two bedroom) When we were looking this building provided us with the location and space we wanted and within our price range. Amenities: They've got two hot tubs, an outdoor pool (only gets sun from 11-3pm, Steam room, Sauna, Theatre Room, Two Party Rooms (cheap to rent ($50 for mainfloor or $75 for 18th floor), 3 guest suites, Sunny Rooftop Patio with four BBQ's. Airbnb's are not permitted...
