I lived here for almost 15 years. 1300 sqft of living space for half the price of townhouse price in this area. Best school, building management is good. Collingwood park is my backyards, my kids go there daily in summer.

This is the worst Building in Ontario, garbage - cockroaches- bugs- bad smell - no elevator in parking - no organization!
