This building is right on the precipice. Walk north and you're in Moss Park. Walk south and you're on cool King East. As far as the building itself, it's not bad. It's not great either though. It's a midrange building and the unit pricing is going to reflect that. The retail on the ground floor, however, is very poorly done. Why hide and recess the retail under balconies and overhangs? Ground floor retail needs to have higher ceilings and be much more prominent on the street.
