I bought a unit in this building as I believe the area will be well served by this kind of mixed used buildings once the LRT is built. The design looks good, but the best is that it is only 93 units and hopefully it will be more owner occupied.

The design looks really well executed! This is the kind of project I hope we see more of along Eglinton Ave as developers anticipate the opening of the new LRT
