Pop Factory Lofts, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Hidden on one trinity bellwood's best streets, there are only 6 lofts at Pop Factory Lofts and they rarely come up for sale. It's an early loft conversion but most of the units have been nicely renovated. The upper units have private rooftop gardens, and the lower units have outdoor terraces (outdoor space is actually pretty rare in vintage lofts). They have wood burning fireplaces too and super tall ceilings. It's a self-managed building, so condo fees are ridiculously low and there are no shared facilities.
