...Things are changing all around us for the better. I've lived here for 7 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I've known the building for over 18 years - I came here when it was the CBC too. Our maintenance fees amongst the lowest per square foot in the city - they include water, hydro, heat, A/C and gas. Our fees are low due to a no frills amenities concept. We have no concierge, just a superintendent who is on site 7am-3pm weekdays, he does everything. We have a great newly renovated multipurpose Amenity Room which can host parties, meetings, fitness classes, movie nights and is available for outside events as well...
