...90 Sumach is a unique loft building with a fantastic community of owners and tenants. There is a real pride in ownership in the building and people alike. With lofts starting at over 1000 square feet and ranging from there the spaces are very unique and functional. Some units have been extensively renovated and others are more raw. The spaces boast high ceilings, tons of natural light, concrete floors and pillars, gas lines, and true character. The building is very well run and maintained and maintenance fees are reasonable.
