Brewery Lofts, Toronto Condo Reviews 

...Not the greatest of location considering that its steps to Regent Park. I'm not getting why the price is so high...

...I spent a day in this building a number of years ago for a photo shoot. At the time, I remember thinking to myself, "Wow, what an awesome loft building." And still to this day, this building stands out in my mind as one of the coolest and most authentic hard lofts in the city. The unit I was in was massive - probably well over 1,200 sf. It had a mezzanine sleeping area, as well an office area in the back, near the main entrance to the suite (no windows). My sense is that the building is filled with creative professionals, as the lofts are technically live/work. The one downside of this building is that it's in a somewhat marginal area. South of the building is fine, but the area to the north isn't great. It may improve alongside with the revitalization of Regent Park though...
