Bad location

I viewed a unit here a number of years ago. On a per square foot basis, the building offered tremendous value. The live/work units were spacious and could work well for a number of professionals. The drawback for me was its location. You're stuck right in the middle between St Clair and Bloor, with not a lot of activity, and you're right beside a major hydro corridor.
