This is a great building built by Monarch. The apartment we're renting is a brand spanking one bedroom plus den unit which is immaculate. We have an unobstructed east view of Toronto from the 34th floor. The building has a gym, spa, swimming pool, media room, party room and 24-hour concierge/security. The neighbourhood is great - just a few minutes walk from the Bloor/Yonge subway station and close to Longos or No Frills if we want to purchase groceries. All in all, we couldn't be happier!
