Fantastic place!

I've lived in this building for about a year now; it's a fantastic place. The building is small, quaint and charming. The demographics skew a little bit toward the older generations, and the community is a bit quiet and reserved as a result. I'm very fond of peace and quiet. There has been a recent effort to hold more social events for the building - card games, wine and cheese, a cycling club, etc. The condo board is very active and cares deeply about the building and community. I get the sense that some of its members have been friends for a long time. My only real qualm with the building is that there's no guest parking. There is parking on the street, but it tends to fill up quickly. This sometimes makes it difficult to deal with contractors who need to unload equipment from their vans.
