Village by the Grange, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I love it! I live at 120 St Patrick - sunny and bright, good neighbourhood, safe building. The condo building is old but the management seems on top of it. People who live there are nice and the condo is safe. The neighbourhood is great, but maybe lower-down condos are noisy. Some condos are not updated but mine is. I haven't seen cockroaches or other infestations but there's noise from construction across the street. For that reason, I hardly use the balcony. I have a 1 + 1 that is made into a 2bed and the main bedroom is really big.
