Its direct connection to the Financial Core means that many people who work there, choose King West neighbourhood to become there home. This area is also highly regarded for the rental opportunities if you plan to invest in a rental property. A small word of caution: a King streetcar in the rush hour can be extremely full but, hey, that's the urban living pure.
