Looking forward to seeing the finishing quality of these developers (Great Gulf and Phantom Development) but the exterior appearance from the builders plan looks phenomenal! Beautiful 51 storey structure with an amazing offset looking architecture at its base. In my opinion, this is one of the best locations in Downtown Toronto Yorkville district. Planted in the northwest corner of Cumberland Street and Yonge, just north of Bloor, this condominium will be located.
