The design of this condo is stunning. If you work in the financial district, along Yonge, Bay, or University Avenue, a condo here would be optimal to get to work quickly. There should be also no lack of rental demand in this area. This neighbourhood though is not only about work but it also offers many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Numerous healthcare institutions and hospitals are located here as well such as SickKids Hospital, Toronto General Hosptial, Women's College Hospital and many others. With Queen's Park nearby there is a decent amount of green spaces as well. The Yonge-University subway line located along University Ave will get quickly across the city.
