The design of this condo is beautiful. If you work in the financial district, along Yonge, Bay, or University Avenue, a condo here would be optimal to get to work quickly. There should be also no lack of rental demand in this area. This neighbourhood though is not only about work but it also offers many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Numerous healthcare institutions and hospitals are located here as well such as SickKids Hospital, Toronto General Hosptial, Women's College Hospital and many others. With Queen's Park nearby there is a decent amount of green spaces as well. The Yonge-University subway line located along University Ave will get quickly across the city.

Looking forward to seeing the finishing quality of this developer ( Edenshaw Developments) but the exterior appearance from the builders plan looks phenomenal! 46 storey structure with potential for mix use space that will include 3500 sq. ft. of retail space. In my opinion; this is one of the best locations in Downtown Toronto with design that will set the bar for future condo developments in this area.
