Aquavista at Bayside Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I find the condo design visually stunning. I also do like the neighbourhood since you are located directly on the waterfront and the city did a good job in the last years upgrading it, reducing traffic (e.g. along Queens Quay) and adding bicycle and pedestrian lanes. If you manage to get a condo unit facing the lake, you can enjoy magnificent views all year long. The one thing to consider though (at least for me) - since you live directly at the water, it might be a few degrees colder in winter. It is beautiful in summer though with plenty of restaurants, cafes, festivals and much more. It might be though quite crowded during summer weekends and holidays - everybody wants to enjoy the Waterfront.
