I think the design of this condo building is visually stunning. It is located in a very exciting downtown area. It combines so many different aspects of urban living and Toronto landmarks. The Eaton Centre offers unique shopping opportunities whereas hundreds of small restaurants, pubs, and cafes along Yonge street satisfy any culinary taste. Somewhat hip area along Church Street offers a very unique vibe and is home to the large Toronto's gay community. At the same time, many offices are located in this neighbourhood and residential landscape offers a mix of older apartment buildings and ultra-modern highrise condominiums.
