The condo design appears very modern. This neighbourhood is home to a number of exceptional condos such as One Bloor. The Bloor street itself offers many high-end shops and boutiques of many well-known brands such as Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and many others. This borders such fancy Toronto neighbourhoods as e.g. Yorkville. Another distinct feature of this neighbourhood is its proximity to the subway - all three main subway lines cross here. The eastern side of this neighbourhood, around Jarvis, Sherbourne and Parliament streets is less fancy but is being currently improved with more condos going up.
