It’s a quiet condo. People living here are generally nice. Plenty of elevators. Very convenient location, you cannot beat that. Steps to Eaton center, China town and Queen Street west area. Close to financial areas and hospitals, very good for professionals. St Patric station downstairs. Great city and lake view. The police station is at the side of the building, so, it’s very safe. The only thing is that the garbage chute got stuck from time to time and I have to bring my garbage downstairs.
