Summit Royal Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Pros: The unit layouts are very generous, perfect for families. Thick solid concrete walls separate the units so you do not hear neighbours. Superintendents are very responsive. No pests so far. Mostly, homeowners live here, a few tenants. Lots of green space including BBQ area. I can't hear the highway, but my unit looks at the other side. Cons: Elevator waiting time on a high floor is usually about 30s but can be up to a couple of minutes in rush hour. The neighbour is very car-dependent and poorly served by TTC. The building looks a bit ugly (I do not care too much though and they are in the process of putting nicer balconies). Some residents do not care about covid. There has been some crime in the area (especially on the south along West Mall) in recent years Neutralities. Maintenance fees are high, but proportionate to unit size and include all utilities (about 0.75$/sqf). Can't speak about amenities, due to covid. Management is not as responsive as superintendents but they usually reply to emails within 2-3 days.
