Markham Gardens Townhouses, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Appearance looks really nice and not outdated even though the building was built in the late 1990s. Every unit comes with 2 parking spots. The maintenance fee is relatively low (around $320) for a unit around 1500 square feet when compared to other condo townhouses. Got 1500Mbps download and 940 upload fibre internet from Bell since March, plus a "better" TV package with time-shifting and crave, all included in the maintenance fee. The location is also convenient for both TTC riders (10 minutes bus ride to Line 3) and motorists (2 minutes to 401). The management overall has done a great job in keeping maintenance fees low while making sure the buildings and common areas including gardens and courtyards are well kept. Plus the maintenance fee also went down despite the TV and internet are now included! The road was also repaved last year which brought the whole complex with a fresher look!

Large unit sizes, extra-large master bedroom and washrooms. Great management with very low maintenance fees. The only downside is there is a lack of amenities provided (No gym, swimming pool...). Can’t complain with such low maintenance fees ($315 for 1600 sq ft). Bell premium TV+Fiber internet coming next year and will be included in the maintenance fees. Great appearance from the outside plus ample parking spaces. False fire alarms do happen but only twice a year and the alarm is in the basement so it’s not that annoying. Overall a great place to live!
