cheap finishings

(3.0 out of 5 stars)
by Cathi S. Dec 26, 2017
The finishings are very low grade for a building closed in 2016. The appliances are ok, full-size fridge, stove and washer and a microwave. Cheap kitchen cabinetry, flooring uses a white plain laminate whereas it would be nice to have an engineered wood. The walk-in closet has a very strange shape. I guess, it is their kind of creative way to use all the space but not very practical.

Dark and dingy condo unit

(2.3 out of 5 stars)
by Edwardo M Nov 12, 2017
The condo is located at Yonge and Church. The architecture is very questionable. The lobby looks like a grand, classic-look grand lobby but that leads to false expectations. The one bedroom that I have visited - in the in the bedroom I could not see any way to put a decent-size bed because of the room shape, it is like a maze. In terms of the layout and structure – a very week floor plan. The only positive aspect is that the kitchen is somewhat separated by giving you a dedicated kitchen space. There are not too many windows, the unit is dark and dingy.

Cheap craftsmanship

(2.6 out of 5 stars)
by Camille A. Nov 10, 2017
The Milan condominium has a nice lobby but that is probably the nicest aspect of this condo - the rest is not standing out. Cheap craftsmanship and materials, not a functional unit, little storage area in the unit.

Good location but not worth it

(2.6 out of 5 stars)
by Tyrell D. Oct 28, 2017
High price that is not worth it. Very well located, at Bloor and Church but the building does not look like anything special though has a beautiful reception area. A strange and weird floor plan, so at the end I decided not to rent this place. I saw a one-bed-room unit, in a lower floor with nothing of a view (dumpster view). The kitchen is not bad from the size but kitchen cabinets and light fixtures looked a bit dated - not the best value for money.
