Jade Waterfront Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Not a safe place, can go google will find gun incident from this condo. The condo has a private Facebook page that often tenants posted random people tried to break in their unit at night or cigarette flew in their balcony. It is a nice condo for young people to share an apartment but not good for family or elderly...

Excellent location with many stores within a 5 min walk. Building has nice gym and patio with bbqs you can use.

The unit is quite big, a lot of light and big windows. This unit has also a see-through fireplace - so you can see it both from the living room and kitchen. Architectural looks very nice. Plus, a large balcony that wraps around the unit offers great views of the lake, Humber Bay park and downtown Toronto.

Jade condo is located directly on the Lakeshore Boulevard. I had a chance to see a two-bedroom penthouse unit. It is probably one of the upgraded units. It has a fairly nice, spacious layout. Each bedroom has its own three-piece unit in terms of washroom. The finishings are not too spectacular, I would expect more, especially in the kitchen and washroom. From the architectural standpoint, the building looks very generic. The building has balconies surrounding the building.

The condo I rent is nice. Not specifically high-end finishes, not too luxurious, probably what you'd expect from a standard package. If you have a south view, you will enjoy it as it will continue to stay unobstructed. You will also get a beautiful view of a downtown Toronto with CN Tower. The best views are south and south-east.

This is a very nice, new building. There is a nice lobby with a lot of mirrors and the unit I am renting is also on a more spacious side. Not sure about other units though. There are a few stores around with Metro being the largest one so groceries are not the problem.

Jade condo is located in Etobicoke, directly by the Humber Bay park - very nice in summer but can become a bit sad in winter. Not too many options to go out - a few pubs and restaurants around. If you need a real big city vibe, you'd probably be better in finding a condo in the downtown Toronto.

Jade condo is located on the waterfront and has beautiful, unobstructed lake views, especially if you have windows facing south. The location is nice with a plenty of parks and green spaces but there is no direct subway line and streetcar line is currently been under construction (as of fall 2017).
